This was a combination I would never have thought to try, had it not been for a lovely subscription art box company called Scrawlrbox. One of their boxes featured a beautiful set of Wolff’s Graphite pencils with a gold pen, and as soon as I started to sketch, I fell in love with the idea. I’ve also tried adding in some tinted charcoal or liquid graphite or some black ink, but I like the basic graphite and gold best.
